The LTWG-700N fully automated 300-fold high pleat non-pleated air filter production line adopts integrated mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control, offering high production efficiency.
It features simple operation, stability, and reliability, specifically designed for manufacturing glass fiber non-pleated air filter elements, particularly suitable for the folding and gluing of high-fold
filter elements.
The production line employs pneumatic vertical lifting for material loading, reducing worker labor intensity. Tension-controlled unwinding ensures effective material feeding. Each glue spraying nozzle is independently controlled by an electromagnetic valve, accommodating different product widths while maintaining consistent glue line thickness.
