PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The adhesive of the filter material laminating machine is hot melt adhesive. After melting at high temperature, the hot melt adhesive adheres to the adhesive roller. The non-woven fabric passes through the adhesive roller and is bonded to the wire mesh.

After bonding, the non-woven fabric and wire mesh are flattened by the compression roller to make the two more firmly bonded. After passing through the tensioning roller to the winding mechanism, the composite bonding winding process of non-woven

fabric and wire mesh is completed.

The LTFH-700 filter material composite machine automatically completes the composite bonding of non-woven fabric and wire mesh, and the bonding is smooth, firm, efficient, and easy to operate.
